Our Philosophy

At Bliss Nail Studio, we strive to exceed your expectations from the moment you walk in our door to the moment you leave.  Our goal is to help you relax, rejuvenate, and be pampered in a comfortable and clean environment.  We are a family of staff that adhere to the highest standard of practices for sanitation and cleanliness because your wellness should not be compromised for beauty.

 

 With that in mind, nail files, buffers and tub liners after a manicure or pedicure are discarded after each use or given for you to take home.  All of our pedicure chairs are pipeless and with the use of tub liner, there is little to no chance for bacteria or fungi to hide.  Lastly, our metal instruments are scrub with anti-bacterial soap to remove all visible debris, then are completely immersed in a EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant solution for at least 10-15 minutes, left to dry then individually package after each and every customer.

 

 Rest assure with our superior disinfection practices that you are in the best of care. 

 

Our Policies

All of these details help us keep our salon at its best and ensure we offer the best possible experience for our guests and staff alike, so please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the list below.  As always, we invite you to contact us with any questions, concerns and constructive criticisms you may have.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area, in ill health that we suspect may be contagious or could be further harmed by our services, rude, mean or disrespectful people.  

Due to a lack of technician, we are by appointment only.  

CANCELLATION/ LATE ARRIVAL 

We understand that unforeseeable events occur in everyone's life.  If you are sick please do not hesitate to reschedule your appointment.  Other than sudden illness, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of schedule appointments.  If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

Appointments are valid until fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled time. When this “grace period” has elapsed, we reserve the right to consider the appointment as a “no-show”, and thus proceed to give priority in serving other present customers.  If your late arrival cannot be avoided for any reason, please be sure to contact our business beforehand, we will do our best to accommodate a partial or full appointment.

 

MISCELLANIOUS

We take pride in our quality of work and we stand behind everything we do.  If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the services you received, please notify us immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Not only your safety but your satisfaction are our top priorities.

 Do not hesitate to call us because we would be glad to have a chance to fix any mistake, chip, or problems to keep you coming back.

We welcome walk-in guests.  However, if availability is limited, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.  Please keep your possessions secure and within sight to ensure that they are not compromised.
